Have you wanted to get into 3d printing, but not sure where to start or just overwhelmed by the options? Then this class is for you! This is a 2 day class, 2.5 hours per session. Day 1 Build and setup your very own 3d printer! That’s right when this class is over it’s yours to keep on printing with. Design a simple park using Tinkercad. Print your design over night. Day 2 Slicing settings, and basic troubleshooting of your new 3d printer. You WILL receive a 3d printer and a roll of filament with this class to take home!! Who can sign up? 10 years to adult ! If you are under 16 a parent should come help during the class. 10+ with a parent One seat is 499 , but that INCLUDES your printer!! This class will use the Bambu Labs A1 mini or upgrade to the A1 in checkout options. Bambu Labs offers one of the best introductory printers on the market. There are several options to choose from: A1 printer is larger and can print an object about 10" cubed A1 mini is smaller and can print an object about 7" cubed Both printers can include the AMS which allows up to 4 color prints. Choose what suites you best! Additional filament will be available to purchase during the class for $20 +tax per roll. To Sign up for a class using your scholarship please follow these steps: 1. Once you check out your spot will be held for 48 hours to allow processing for the invoice to show generated though Step up. If you do not complete steps 1-3 and we do not receive confirmation the spot will be released. If the scholarship cannot be processed, you are responsible for the full cost of the class. Class withdrawal must be at least 2 weeks prior for a refund. No shows will be charged full price, no exceptions. Unfortunately, due to tariff and price change on the printers there will need to be a 150 increase in class prices.
